Later that day I realized that the woman from House of Nails Spa burned me terribly leaving a red burn mark above my eyelid. She also informed me to wash my eyes out because there was still a good amount of wax between my eyebrows and eyelids. She too was astonished at the poor job that was done. I still paid $12 and went to Art of Eyebrows to have a specialist redo them for me. Mainly because the woman who did Eyebrows (wax) did a very poor job. Peter did a great job but I will not return to House of Spa. Perhaps, they rely heavily on tips and loyal customers but I had an appointment.Nevertheless, I declined and stressed how I wanted Peter to continue with my scheduled appointment. I was flabbergasted and in great disbelief on how unprofessional and rude she was to ask me to come back. Peter then engaged in a conversation with the owner/manager (a female) and the owner proceeded to ask me if I could come back later for my manicure and that she would do it.
While I was getting my pedicure done, one of his clients came in and nonchalantly interrupted my pedicure to see if Peter could adjust his schedule to take her in sooner that day. Peter was my manicurist and was very nice. I had an appointment to get a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrows done.
